Personal Training Consultation

45 minutes: $50

In one of my personal training consultation sessions, I find that it is best for me to get to know my clients, and them myself, so that I can create the best personalized and structured program for them. What you can expect in the first half of this first session capitalize a conversation based meeting as I work on getting to know you and your daily habits. In the second half of the session, you can expect a very light work out just so that I can a run through the fundamental movement patterns with you so that I can gain a better understanding of how you move! 

Nutrition Consultation

45 minutes: $50

In this nutrition consultation session, you can expect a conversation between me and you, my client, so that I can gain a better understanding of your daily sleeping, eating, and hydration habits so that we can structure a nutrition program that works for you and will help you achieve the best version of yourself! 

Personal Training Session

60 minutes: $65

During a typical personal training session, you can expect a unique and personalized work out that will challenge you and make sure that you are working towards your goals and feeling good about it! This type of session typically runs about an hour in length and consists of a warm-up specific to the movement patterns I designed for that day's work out, a resistance or weight training portion, as well as a cool down. 

Nutrition Follow-Up

45 minutes: $40

Following the initial consultation in which a detailed history is composed for a nutritional assessment, with each follow-up session we will touch base on the implementation of health changes and work through any sorts of challenges that may arise throughout the process so as to best achieve your goals! I typically recommend follow up sessions twice a month with my newer clients and then move to monthly or every three months withe existing clients. 

Meal Plan

30 minutes: $65

After our initial consultation and assessment results, I will work to create an individualized nutrition plan that will guide you in properly fueling your body between workouts, in health maintenance, weight loss or weight gain. We will work together in evaluating the role that food plays in your life and devise a a plan that will support each of your needs.
