About Me

As a child, my parents encouraged me to try every sport under the sun in order for me to have new and different experiences, as well as see what I most enjoyed playing, which turned out to be soccer. As an athlete, I grew to understand the world with a ball at my feet, learning about various shooting techniques, to time management, and everything in between. With that, my passion for fitness started at a very young age and through the years I have had the privilege to develop this passion for fitness into a passion for understanding the human psyche as it relates to not only our fitness, but nutrition, as well. I received my undergraduate degree from Point Loma Nazarene University in Psychology with a concentration in Therapeutic and Community. I further went on to receive certifications in Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning, Corrective Exercise, Nutritional Psychology, and Nutrition with the hopes of pursuing further levels of advanced in such respective fields. Through my development of such passions, I have adopted the philosophy of "living better", which I have come to understand how different this looks for each person and how beautiful that journey is for each of us. For me, living better looks like helping others, which is an additional passion of mine. Each day I continue to strive towards a better understanding I have my own functionality, intern allowing me to understand the functionality of those around me both physically, mentally, and emotionally, all with the hopes of truly living better and working towards being the best version of myself and helping those around me along the way.
